Before you book
Tell us your dates, guest numbers and the pets travelling with you. We will confirm pet acceptance before you book. Cleaning is included in your final quoted price, and there is no pet surcharge.
The apartment has an equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, heating, washing machine, tumble dryer and lift. The estuary is about 25 metres away; local scenery photographs are not views from inside. Please discuss any specific needs, including leaving your dog alone, before booking.
La Maza: a year-round dog beach
The municipal tourism website lists La Maza, across the bridge of the same name, as a year-round dog beach.
Article 26 of the beach bylaw restricts animals from 15 June to 30 September, except at La Maza. Safety, cleanliness and consideration for others still apply outside that period. Check local notices and signs when you arrive.
Two ideas for walks from the apartment
- A short estuary and harbour walk. From Los Soportales, follow the town waterfront and turn back whenever you wish. Keep your dog on a lead and allow space for pedestrians and café tables.
- Head towards La Maza. Walk towards La Maza bridge and the dog beach identified by the council. Adapt your outing to the weather, tides and your dog; this is not unrestricted access to every beach.
In natural areas, stay on marked paths and keep away from dunes and birds. If using public transport, check the operator’s pet policy before buying tickets.
Eating out with your dog
Ask each venue whether your dog is welcome that day, where you may sit and whether you need a reservation. Outdoor tables do not automatically mean dogs are admitted. We are checking local venues before adding places with confirmed conditions.

Call before visiting to check opening times and availability. These are useful local contacts; their services are not included in your stay.
What to pack
Bring your dog’s usual bed or blanket, bowls, food, lead, waste bags, drinking water for outings and a beach towel. Bring the relevant pet documents and ask about any special equipment in advance. Pet accessories and pet sitting are not included.
